Synopsis
Kamel works with his father, who owns a bar in a low-income housing estate in Vitrolles. Committed and driven by ideals, he has a long-standing social project for the neighbourhood. With his sidekicks Hichem and Youssoufa, he is invited to present it to the Minister for Urban Affairs himself, who is visiting Vitrolles.
