Synopsis
SHIFT is the story of a bike courier with more than 20,000 km on his odometer who is in a daily battle with an algorithm. One day, this courier says no, he doesn't agree to be paid on task despite the "coolness" of his job which has become a "flexi job". Based on the singular story of Jean-Bernard, who is being sued by Deliveroo, SHIFT tells the story of a personal transformation and a fight against the working conditions and the social project of platform capitalism.
