Synopsis
While all the refrigerators, plates and stomachs of the inhabitants of this little town seem very empty, it is dinner-time and the time of the cooking programme on tv. Each inhabitant in his home (the old elephant, the bear family, Dog, Cat, Ant, Hedgehog...) all listen attentively to the recipe of the day: the PEBBLE SOUP. Beside a pebble, the speaker says, you need something essential. But a storm is brewing and does not allow him to finish: it is a general electricity blackout.
